Research Mentorship for Medical Residents in Pakistan
CPSP compliant, PMDC aligned mentorship for the FCPS research pathway, from your first synopsis draft through DRC, ERC, and CPSP approval, to publication.
Four stages, the same order every time.
FCPS research follows a fixed sequence, and each stage has its own standard to clear before the next one will accept the work. We mentor through all four, so the synopsis that reaches CPSP is one built to survive DRC and ERC review, not one that has to be reworked at every stage.
DRC
Departmental Research CommitteeYour synopsis is reviewed and approved at the departmental level before it goes any further. This is where a vague or unfocused research question gets caught first, and where it is cheapest to fix.
ERC
Ethical Review CommitteeEthical approval for the study design, consent process, and data handling. A synopsis that was not built with ERC requirements in mind from the start tends to bounce back here, costing weeks.
CPSP
College of Physicians and Surgeons PakistanSynopsis approval at the college level. This is the stage that turns a departmental research idea into a formally recognised FCPS research project.
Publication
Thesis Completion & PublicationData collection, analysis, thesis writing, and preparation for the publication requirement that completes the FCPS research component.
We mentor to CPSP and PMDC requirements, following the guidelines of the institution you train at.
Not partner institutions. The hospitals and universities whose residents we mentor to their own CPSP aligned standard.
