Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what happens to it after you submit an intake request.
Consent is given at intake, not before.
Inkspire does not collect or retain personal data simply because you visit this website. We begin collecting information only at the point you submit the research intake form, and only after you have actively checked the consent box on that form. Browsing the site, reading a programme page, or messaging us on WhatsApp does not put you into any retained record on its own.
What we collect at intake.
When you submit the intake form, we retain exactly what the form asks for: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of study, academic level, discipline, institution, and a written description of your research situation. We do not collect anything beyond what is visible in the form fields.
Why we retain it.
We retain intake information for one purpose: to assess your request, match you with the right mentor and programme, and contact you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the mentor assigned to your case, where relevant to delivering the mentorship itself.
Your rights.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Send that request to inkspire.writing.services@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
The other forms on this site.
The general contact form, the institutional inquiry form, and the brochure request form on our brochure page all work the same way: submitting one is the point at which we begin retaining what you entered, for the purpose of replying to you and, for the institutional form, scoping a cohort engagement rather than an individual one.
