Terms of Service
What Inkspire provides, what we ask of you, and where responsibility sits at every stage of an engagement.
Services provided.
Inkspire provides research mentorship: structured guidance, feedback, and academic support delivered by a dedicated mentor across the stages described in our Six Stage Research Integrity Framework. The scope of any engagement, the programme tier, the discipline, and the specific deliverables, is agreed at intake before work begins, and does not change afterward without both sides agreeing to it explicitly.
What Inkspire does not provide.
Inkspire is a mentorship service, not a ghostwriting or submission service. We do not write a student's work for them, submit work on a student's behalf, or guarantee a specific grade, admission decision, or scholarship outcome. See our Academic Integrity position for the full statement of this boundary; it governs every engagement and is not negotiable on a per client basis. Read the Academic Integrity position →
Client responsibilities.
Accurate information about your project, institution, and requirements at intake; timely communication with your assigned mentor; and compliance with your own institution's specific rules on what kind of academic support is permitted. Where a client's institution prohibits the kind of mentorship being requested, it is the client's responsibility to say so at intake, before an engagement begins.
Fees and payment.
Pricing is set individually at intake, against the specific project, discipline, and timeline, and is not quoted publicly because no two engagements carry the same scope. The agreed price and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins, and do not change once work is underway without both sides agreeing to a revised scope first.
Cancellation and rescheduling.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including notice periods and any applicable fees, are agreed case by case at intake, in writing, before an engagement begins. Ask directly if this matters to your decision to proceed.
Confidentiality.
Every mentor operates under Inkspire's own confidentiality standard and professional conduct guidelines. A client's research topic, personal circumstances, and submitted materials are shared only with the mentor and any support staff directly involved in delivering that specific engagement, never disclosed externally without the client's consent.
Ownership of your work.
The research question, the argument, the analysis, and the final decision of what to submit remain the client's own at every stage. Inkspire mentors teach structure, method, and academic writing; we do not claim authorship or ownership of the work a client produces under that mentorship.
Questions before you commit.
If anything here is unclear, ask us directly before your intake call, not after. Contact inkspire.writing.services@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
